1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SingMyLink ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SingMyLink. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

• Accounts are created through Google or X (Twitter) sign-in only
• You must use a valid Google or X account that you control
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked accounts
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Username Policy

• Your username forms your unique profile URL (singmylink.com/yourusername)
• Usernames must be 3-30 characters, using only letters, numbers, and underscores
• Usernames can be changed once every 14 days
• We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, violate trademarks, or are being squatted
• Impersonating others through your username is prohibited

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SingMyLink to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Post illegal content (child exploitation, trafficking, illegal drugs)
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Spread malware or engage in phishing
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Scrape or collect user data without permission

6. Adult Content Policy

SingMyLink allows links to legal adult content with the following requirements:

• Profile pictures must be safe for work (SFW) - no nudity
• Links to adult content must be marked as "sensitive"
• All adult content must involve consenting adults (18+)
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding adult content

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these policies.

7. Payments and Refunds

• Song generation costs $4.99 USD per song
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Charges appear on your statement as "SINGMYLINK"
• Each purchase includes up to 5 downloads of your song
• All sales are final - songs are digital goods delivered immediately
• Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for technical issues
• You must be logged in before purchasing to ensure your song is linked to your account

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (bio, links, uploaded images). By posting content, you grant us a license to display it on your profile.

Generated Songs: Songs generated through SingMyLink are for your personal and promotional use. You may use them on social media and marketing materials.

Our Content: The SingMyLink name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activity
• Abuse or fraud
• Extended inactivity

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• The accuracy or reliability of any information

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SingMyLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SingMyLink from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
